At The Graphix Hut  we endeavour to make our products easy to use without complicated commercial licenses.  We just have a few simple rules and regulations.

Graphics

Feel free to use our graphics to create almost anything you like, both personal and commercial use.  Use them in your Address Labels; Auction Templates/Ebay Templates; Bag Toppers; Blogs; Bookmarks; Business Cards; Calendars; Candy Wrappers; Certificates; Checkbook Covers; Decals; Desktop Wallpaper; Digitizing for Embroidery; Embroideries/Stitcheries; Greeting Cards/E-Cards; Hang Tags; IncrediMail/Outlook Express Stationery; Iron-Ons; Magnets; Myspace/Facebook/Social Networking Websites; Notecards; Paint Can Labels; Patterns for Cross Stitch, Painting & Sewing; Recipe Cards; Stationary; Stickers; Websets/Banners/Logos/Avatars & Siggys & Much More!

Graphics MUST be in a LOCKED format if they are used in a product you sell via digital download.  They CANNOT be sold, shared or given away as is, they CANNOT be placed on CD's for sale or resold, shared or given away.  Please understand you may use them to create SOMETHING NEW but you cannot sell just the graphics in any way, shape or form.


Printable Wrappers or Sets

You may add graphics and text to the wrapper sets and you CAN sell them digitally.  You may break down the sets into smaller sets or sell individually.  Please note though that you CANNOT sell the wrapper sets AS IS.  They must have your own personal touch such as graphics/text added to them and then LOCKED into PNG, GIF or JPEG format.  Please DO NOT share or give away our wrapper designs.

Yes you may use our graphics or wrapper sets to produce FREEBIES for groups etc as long as they are in locked format and have been altered by adding to something or having something added to them!

We would appreciate that you provide a link back to our site on your home page and that you give graphix-hut.com credit in your product descriptions.
